01 ELIGIBILITY Who can apply for Full-Service Creator Management?
Women age 18 or older and select F+F or F+M couples may apply worldwide.
We prioritize creators who are ambitious, coachable, consistent, responsive, and serious about growth. Established male creators and M+M couples may also be considered when they already have proven traction.
There is no upper age limit. What matters most is whether there is a strong fit and something meaningful we believe we can build together.
02 STARTING POINT Do I need experience or a large following?
No. A following is a head start—not a requirement.
We work with creators who are brand new, still building momentum, and already established. Newer creators need more foundation-building; established creators usually need more optimization and scaling.
03 CONTRACTS How long are Full-Service management contracts?
Contract length reflects your current revenue and how much agency time, promotion, and resources we expect to commit upfront.
Exceptions may be made based on the creator, agency investment, account history, and growth plan. Exact terms are reviewed before signing.
04 MONEY & PAYOUTS How are payouts and invoices handled?
Platforms pay your creator earnings directly to your linked bank account or supported e-wallet, typically on a weekly schedule.
For Full-Service management, we normally issue a weekly invoice for our agreed share. It can include the relevant platform statement or screenshot, current split, creator payout, and any promotional spend you approved.
Invoices are generally due within 72 hours. Bank transfer is preferred because it usually minimizes transaction fees, although the available method can depend on the agreement and location.
05 PREMIUM SERVICES Can I hire Illuminaughty for one service first?
Yes. You do not have to hand over the entire business to get expert help.
Full-Service Creator Management is our flagship path, but Premium Creator Services let you start with one clearly defined bottleneck while you keep running the rest yourself.

06 PREMIUM SERVICES Do Premium Creator Services require an application?
No. Premium Creator Services do not require the selective Full-Service application.
You choose the service that fits and move into scope confirmation and onboarding. We review your current stage, goals, selected service, and workload before work begins.
If the package is not appropriate for your account or situation, we recommend a better path or issue a refund rather than forcing the wrong fit.
07 ENGAGEMENT What is the difference between a 4-week package and monthly support?
A 4-week package is best when you want focused help with one clear bottleneck without immediately committing to ongoing support.
Monthly support is better when you want the selected service handled, reviewed, and optimized on a recurring basis.
A one-time 4-week package ends when the agreed service period ends unless you purchase or renew support.

09 PAID GROWTH Do you cover paid ads or promotions?
Yes. We invest in promotion when the account and opportunity justify it.
New and lower-level Full-Service creators earning under $10,000 per month gross often receive a $1,000 monthly promotional credit for their first three months. Creators earning $10,000–$20,000 per month gross often receive matching approved promotional spend up to $1,000 per month until they become established. Promotion for established creators is handled more flexibly.
