For full-service management, yes. There are no setup fees, application fees, or upfront management fees.

We work on a revenue split, so we only get paid when you earn. Our share starts at 50% and decreases as you grow, down to 30% at higher revenue levels — so you keep more as you scale.

Premium prepaid services and approved ad/promo spend are separate, and anything paid is discussed before you move forward.

Yes. Full-service management is our main growth path, but we also offer premium prepaid services for creators who want help with one or more specific areas first.

This can include DM sales and fan engagement, social media growth, paid ads and promo strategy, or photo/video editing. It’s a strong option if you’re already earning, want to test our team, or need one bottleneck handled before considering full revenue-share management.

For full-service management, we handle profile setup or cleanup, posting, multi-platform growth, paid promos, DM sales, fan retention, VIP/high-ticket offers, and weekly strategy. You get content targets, examples, shot lists, and coaching so creating stays simple and consistent.

Your main job is to create consistently, stay coachable, and respond quickly when we need you for high-value opportunities.

Yes. You own your content, likeness, accounts, and brand. We manage the growth system around you — posting, strategy, fan sales, promos, retention, and optimization — but access is not ownership.

Before launch, we map your hard limits, soft limits, content style, privacy needs, and growth goals. We will never pressure you into unsafe content or anything you do not consent to.

We will challenge you to test stronger hooks, bolder concepts, new content angles, different personas, and platform-safe ideas that may push you outside your comfort zone when we believe they can help you grow.

You always have final say over your body, partners, and hard boundaries. The creators who grow fastest are usually the ones who stay open-minded, coachable, and willing to experiment.

No. A following helps, but it is not required. We work with new creators, low-level creators, and established creators who are serious about growth.

If you’re new, we help set up or clean up your profiles, give you content examples and shot lists, and build posting, growth, and DM sales around you.

If you already have momentum, we plug into what’s working and focus on promos, DM optimization, retention, VIP offers, and higher-ticket sales.

We value coachability, consistency, content quality, and responsiveness more than follower count.

It depends on your goal. Most accepted creators fall into one of three paths:

1. Standard path: about 2-3 hours most days

   • Typical take-home we see: $5,000–$10,000/month

2. Top-earner path: about 4-5 hours most days

   • Typical take-home we see: $10,000–$30,000/month

3. Elite path: full-time effort, about 8 hours most days

In the early phases, we may ask you to create extra content on weekends or days off so we can build momentum faster. We batch around school, work, and life as much as possible — you create, we handle posting, growth, promos, and DM sales.

Most new creators see first sales within 72 hours of launch. Momentum usually builds in weeks 2–4 as content, promos, and DM sales start compounding.

By days 30–60, creators who stay consistent usually feel a meaningful lift. By day 90, most creators are at $10K+/month when they create consistently, respond quickly, and stay coachable.

Results are not automatic. The creators who move fastest treat this like a real business.

For new and low-level creators earning under $10K/month gross, we offer a $1,000 monthly promo credit for the first 3 months.

For mid-level creators earning $10K–$20K/month gross, we’ll match your approved ad/promo spend up to $1,000/month until you become established. If you’re willing to invest in your growth, we are too.

For established creators, stars, and superstars, promo support is handled with more flexibility. After we’ve worked together for a few weeks, approved ad and promo expenses can often be deducted from your revenue split instead of paid upfront.

You approve paid promos before they run. No surprise spend. No hidden markups.

To a high extent, yes — especially if we plan for privacy from day one. No honest agency should promise total invisibility, but we can make discovery much harder.

We never use real names, scrub photo/video metadata by default, and help with stage names, socials, geoblocking where platforms allow it, and blocking known contacts on Instagram, Facebook, X, and Threads.

We also review your privacy comfort level before launch, then build your content style, posting strategy, and growth plan around it as much as possible.

If your brand becomes highly visible, the risk of being recognized can increase. Our job is to help you grow while taking privacy seriously from the start.

It depends on your current revenue level and growth track. Newer creators usually start with longer terms because we invest more upfront into setup, coaching, systems, content direction, promos, and launch momentum. Established creators get shorter terms and more flexibility.

• New / low-level creators earning under $10K/month gross usually start with a 1-year Standard Plan or 2-year Ramp Plus Plan.

• Mid-level creators earning $10K–$20K/month gross usually start with a 6-month Standard Plan or 1-year Ramp Plus Plan, then move into rolling terms.

• Established creators earning $20K–$40K/month gross usually start with a 3-month initial term, then monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice.

• Stars earning $40K–$80K/month gross usually start with a 2-month initial term, then monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice.

• Superstars earning over $80K/month gross are usually monthly rolling, with 15 days’ notice after the first month.

Prepaid services are scoped separately and do not require a full revenue-split management contract unless you choose to move into full management.

For full-service management, platforms pay you directly to your linked bank or e-wallet, typically weekly.

By default, we send a weekly invoice for our share. Each invoice includes platform screenshot(s) or PDF(s) for the period, your current revenue split, creator payout received, and any extra ad/promo spend you approved beyond your credit.

Approved ad and promo expenses can often be deducted from your revenue split after we’ve built working rhythm together, instead of being paid upfront.

Invoices are due within 72 hours of receipt.

To start, you’ll need a valid government ID and a modern smartphone. That’s enough to apply. A ring light, phone stand, and Bluetooth remote help, but they’re optional.

After you apply, we typically respond within 1 business day. If there’s a potential fit, we’ll schedule a quick 5–10 minute video call to confirm goals, comfort level, availability, and next steps.

If selected, we’ll schedule a follow-up call to review terms, answer questions, and e-sign. After signing, we finalize your game plan, set up or clean up profiles and automations, give you your first shot list, and prepare launch — usually within 3–5 days.
