Illuminaughty began in 2020 when James started working hands-on with a small number of creators, testing what actually helped them grow before trying to build a larger agency.
Alexandra joined during the agency’s earliest stage and helped build the structure needed to keep things moving as more creators came in. Genevieve later helped push Illuminaughty beyond its side-project stage and into a more disciplined, professionally managed operation.
Today, we’ve supported more than 120 creators worldwide. The team is larger and the systems are stronger, but the philosophy is still hands-on: understand the creator, identify the real bottlenecks, and build around what actually moves the account forward.

James Rothschild
James founded Illuminaughty in 2020 and leads strategy, operations, security, and long-term development. Before Illuminaughty, he worked as a U.S. defense intelligence operative specializing in human intelligence, and later in private-sector intelligence, investigations, recruiting, and strategic consulting.
Genevieve Sinclair
Genevieve helped push Illuminaughty beyond its side-business stage and into a more disciplined operation. She supports financial administration, talent recruitment, performance analysis, quality control, scheduling, and internal accountability—helping keep standards high and problems from lingering.
Alexandra Bennett
A former creator, Alexandra joined during the agency’s earliest stage and helped build the structure needed as more creators came in. Today, she serves as a strategic advisor—reviewing systems, spotting weaknesses, and pushing the team to improve where things can be done better.
