Getting Started & Eligibility
Who can apply, what you need, and what happens next.
Who can apply?
Women age 18 or older and select F+F or F+M couples may apply worldwide. We prioritize creators who are ambitious, coachable, consistent, responsive, and serious about growth.
No prior creator experience is required. Established male creators and M+M couples may also be considered when they already have proven traction.
There is no upper age limit. Some creator brands serve mature audiences exceptionally well.
Does my location matter?
Usually not. We work with creators worldwide, and most applicants come from the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
As long as we can communicate effectively in English, you can use the relevant platforms, and you have a bank account or another supported payout method, your location normally is not a problem.
If you live in a region with platform, banking, or payment restrictions, we will review the situation individually.
Do I need experience or a big following?
No. A following is a head start—not a requirement.
We work with creators who are brand new, still building momentum, and already established. Some of our strongest growth stories began with very little audience or revenue.
For newer creators, we help with profile setup, content direction, posting structure, audience growth, messaging, monetization, and the systems needed to start building momentum.
For established creators, we focus more heavily on optimization, promotion, retention, DM sales, VIP offers, higher-value sales, and scaling what already works.
What do I need to get started?
At minimum, you need:
- A valid, non-expired government-issued ID
- A modern smartphone capable of recording high-quality photos and video
- A bank account or another supported payout method
- Reliable internet access
- The time and willingness to create consistently
A laptop, adjustable phone stand, Bluetooth remote, microphone, and ring lights are helpful but not always required. Professional cameras are optional.
How can I improve my chances of being accepted?
Show us that you are serious, honest, and ready to execute.
Complete the application carefully. Include your current social or creator-platform links, explain your goals, describe your realistic availability, and show that you are willing to follow direction and create consistently.
If your profiles are private or do not clearly show your current appearance and creator style, include clear, recent photos where requested. Avoid heavy filters, misleading angles, or outdated images.
How fast will I hear back after applying?
If there is a potential fit, we typically respond within 2 business days.
We may contact you by email or phone to ask a few follow-up questions or schedule a short fit call.
What happens after I apply?
If we see a potential fit, the process moves quickly.
We review the information and links you submitted, including your current stage, platforms, goals, availability, and what you want help improving.
If there is a potential fit, we schedule a short call to discuss your goals, comfort level, availability, privacy concerns, boundaries, and next steps.
If selected, we review the agreement, answer questions, establish the working plan, and e-sign. We then set up or improve the relevant profiles and systems, provide initial content direction, and prepare the account for launch or transition.
This is often completed within approximately 3–5 days, depending on the creator and account.
Can you work with creators in sanctioned or payment-restricted regions?
Sometimes. If you can use the platform, verify your identity, and receive payouts through an approved method, we may be able to work together.
Restricted regions are reviewed individually. We cannot help bypass platform, banking, or payment restrictions, but we will tell you honestly whether there appears to be a workable option.
Full-Service Creator Management
What we manage, what you handle, and how the partnership works.
What does Full-Service Creator Management include?
Full-Service Creator Management gives you one accountable team across the growth operation—not a collection of disconnected freelancers.
Full-service management typically includes:
- Profile setup, cleanup, pricing, links, and basic automations
- Content direction, examples, shot lists, and posting structure
- Posting and multi-platform audience growth
- Approved promotions and advertising strategy
- DM sales and fan engagement
- Retention, renewals, reactivation, VIP offers, and higher-ticket sales
- Weekly review, strategy, testing, and optimization
What do I handle, and what does Illuminaughty handle?
You create the content. We build and operate the growth system around it.
Your primary job is to create strong content consistently, stay responsive, communicate clearly, and follow the agreed strategy.
We handle the agreed business-side work: strategy, posting, audience growth, promotions, messaging, retention, monetization, analytics, and ongoing optimization.
Is Full-Service Creator Management free to start?
Yes. No application fee. No setup fee. No upfront management fee.
Full-Service Creator Management operates on a revenue-share model, so our compensation is tied to creator earnings. We earn when you earn.
Standalone Premium Creator Services and any additional advertising or promotional spend you approve are separate. Paid growth decisions are discussed with you before we move forward. There is no surprise spend.
Which platforms do you support?
OnlyFans and Fansly are our primary paid platforms because they normally offer the strongest traffic and monetization opportunities.
Other paid creator platforms may be considered individually, especially when the creator already has meaningful traction there or when diversification makes strategic sense.
Social and promotional platforms are selected according to the creator’s brand, audience, privacy needs, and growth plan.
How is Illuminaughty different from other agencies?
We are built to operate creator businesses—not just post content or answer messages.
Illuminaughty combines hands-on leadership with specialists across account management, fan sales, social growth, promotion, content direction, editing, privacy, security, and day-to-day execution.
Creators retain ownership of their accounts, content, likeness, and brand. Platforms pay creators directly. Boundaries and privacy needs are established before launch, and creators approve additional promotional spend before it is incurred.
Money, Revenue Split & Payouts
How creators earn, how we are paid, and what costs are separate.
How does the full-service revenue split work?
We are paid from performance, not by charging accepted creators upfront.
Our standard agency share begins at 50% and can decrease as the creator grows, reaching 30% at higher revenue levels. That means the creator’s share can increase as the account scales.
The exact structure is confirmed before signing and included in the agreement, so you know how the split works before the partnership begins.
How are payouts, invoices, and agency payments handled?
Platforms pay creator earnings directly to the creator’s linked bank account or supported e-wallet, typically on a weekly schedule.
For full-service management, we normally issue a weekly invoice for our agreed share. The invoice can include the relevant platform statement or screenshot, the current split, the creator payout, and any additional promotional spend the creator approved.
Invoices are generally due within 72 hours. Bank transfer is our preferred payment method because it usually minimizes transaction fees, although the available method may depend on the agreement and location.
Are there hidden fees or surprise expenses?
No. Full-service management has no application fee, setup fee, or upfront management fee.
Standalone prepaid service packages and any additional advertising or promotional spend you approve are separate.
We discuss paid growth decisions before moving forward. There is no surprise spend and no hidden promotional markup.
After we establish a working rhythm, approved promotional costs can sometimes be added to an invoice or deducted from the revenue split rather than paid separately upfront.
Can I deduct agency fees on my taxes?
In our experience, agency, management, advertising, and marketing fees have been fully deductible for the creators we have worked with.
Tax treatment can vary depending on where you live and your individual circumstances, so we recommend confirming everything with a qualified tax professional.
We provide payment records to make documentation straightforward.
How do creators make money?
Revenue can come from several sources, depending on the platform and creator:
- Paid subscriptions
- Pay-per-view content and locked messages
- Tips
- Custom requests and paid experiences
- Renewals and reactivations
- VIP or higher-ticket offers
- Live streams or exclusive events
- Collaborations, sponsorships, and brand opportunities
Strong monetization comes from combining audience growth, consistent content, thoughtful pricing, fan engagement, retention, and sales—not relying on subscriptions alone.
How much money can I make?
The ceiling is much higher than most people realize—especially when you treat this like a business and execute consistently.
Your starting point matters, but execution matters more. The creators who grow fastest create strong content consistently, follow the plan, respond quickly, take initiative, test new ideas, stay coachable, and keep improving instead of waiting to be pushed.
Creators who maintain that level of execution can scale far beyond $10K per month. Almost all creators who continue following the plan, producing strong content, responding quickly, taking initiative, and doing the work required to keep growing reach $1M+ in annual creator revenue within 1–2 years.
That is why we view the first $10K month as proof that the system is gaining traction—not as the end goal. The bigger opportunity is building a creator business that compounds as your audience, sales, retention, pricing, offers, and brand become stronger.
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Content, consistency, availability, audience, execution, and starting point all matter.
Content, Privacy & Boundaries
Ownership, privacy planning, content requirements, and creator control.
Do I keep ownership of my accounts, content, and brand?
Yes. Your accounts, original content, likeness, and brand remain yours.
Agency access does not become agency ownership. We manage the agreed growth and monetization systems around the account, while creator platforms pay you directly.
Can Illuminaughty continue using my content after the relationship ends?
Sometimes, depending on the agreement. You still own your content.
Some management agreements allow us to continue using content you created while working with us for portfolio, testimonial, advertising, or promotional purposes.
We typically offer incentives to creators who agree to allow this type of continued content use. The exact incentive and permitted use are discussed before you agree to anything.
We explain any requested rights before you sign. The exact content covered, how it may be used, and how long those rights continue are set in the agreement you approve.
Can I do this without everyone knowing?
No honest agency can promise complete invisibility, but discovery can often be made substantially more difficult when privacy is planned from the beginning.
That may include a professional or stage name, separate social accounts, metadata removal, geoblocking where available, blocking known contacts, careful background review, and a content strategy built around your comfort level.
The more visible and successful a creator becomes, the greater the possibility of being recognized. Our goal is to help you grow while taking privacy seriously from day one.
Do I have to show my face?
For most new and unestablished full-service creators, yes—on paid platforms such as OnlyFans and Fansly.
Fans usually connect more strongly with creators they can see, which tends to improve trust, conversion, retention, and long-term revenue. For that reason, showing your face on paid platforms is generally a requirement when we are building a newer creator through Full-Service Management.
We often make exceptions for faceless creators who are already established and performing well with a proven model, but exceptions are rare for new or unestablished full-service applicants.
Public social media can sometimes be approached differently when privacy is a major concern.
Do I have to create nude or explicit content?
Yes. Most new and unestablished full-service creators are required to create adult content in order to work with us.
Our full-service growth model is built around adult monetization, so adult and explicit content is generally part of the model when we are building a creator from an early stage.
We often make exceptions for established creators who already have proven traction and a viable non-explicit content model, but exceptions are rare for new or unestablished full-service applicants.
Premium Creator Services are different. Prepaid creators are not required to create explicit content if they do not want to.
Before launch, we establish hard limits, soft limits, privacy needs, and content parameters. We may recommend stronger concepts, different formats, or a broader content range when we believe it can materially improve growth, but those recommendations are built inside the boundaries you set.
Can I create non-adult content too?
Absolutely. In fact, most creators need a strong mix of non-adult content to grow successfully on mainstream social platforms.
Humor, lifestyle content, trends, storytelling, fitness, fashion, personality-driven clips, and behind-the-scenes content can help you reach a much broader audience than appearance alone.
We help you develop ideas that fit your personality, brand, and audience.
Will I be required to collaborate with someone I do not choose?
No. We will never require you to create intimate content with someone you do not personally choose.
Solo content can be viable, and many creators also work with a partner or collaborate with other verified creators.
We may recommend collaborations when they could materially help the brand or audience, but the final decision remains yours.
What is a custom request, and do I have to accept it?
A custom request is personalized paid content or an experience a fan asks a creator to produce, such as a specific outfit, theme, scenario, message, or activity.
You do not have to accept every request. You may decline anything outside your boundaries, and pricing can reflect the time, effort, exclusivity, or inconvenience involved.
What if people judge me?
Some people probably will. People judge everything. That does not mean they get to decide what you do with your life.
One of our founders has a favorite reminder: “If somebody wants to judge you, you can cry about it in a Ferrari.”
It is a joke, but the point is real. Do not let somebody else’s opinion make your decisions for you.
Focus on what you are building, why you are doing it, and the opportunities it can create. We will help you protect your privacy, establish your boundaries, and build in a way you can feel confident about.
Growth, Content & Results
Time, promotion, content direction, and the factors that drive performance.
How much time will this take?
You do not need full-time availability to build something meaningful. The time required depends on how aggressively you want to grow.
- Standard path: approximately 2–3 hours on most days
- Higher-growth path: approximately 4–5 hours on most days
- Elite path: a full-time level of effort, often around 8 hours on most days
Early growth phases may require additional content on weekends or days off so we can build momentum. We can batch around work, school, travel, and family responsibilities when possible.
How fast will I see results?
Fast—when you follow the plan, create consistently, and give the team enough strong content to work with.
For creators who consistently follow our instructions, respond quickly, stay coachable, and put forth the effort, most reach $10K+/month by around day 90.
Some move considerably faster. Others need more time depending on their starting point, content, availability, audience, and execution. Early slow days are not proof that the opportunity is not working; they are data we use to improve the strategy.
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. The team builds the system, but the creator still has to give us something strong to scale.
What has the biggest effect on results?
Content quality and consistent execution are usually the biggest levers.
We build the strategy, promotion, posting, messaging, monetization, testing, and retention systems around the creator—but strong content is the fuel.
Creators who take initiative, create ahead of schedule, respond quickly, test new ideas, stay open to feedback, and go beyond the minimum give the team far more opportunities to build momentum.
How do you promote creators?
We do not rely on one traffic source or one generic playbook.
The exact mix varies by creator, and some tactics remain proprietary. Depending on the account, promotion can include:
- Profile and funnel optimization
- Organic social growth and posting systems
- Cross-platform testing
- Approved paid promotions and advertising
- Shoutouts and creator collaborations
- Fan reactivation, retention, and DM sales
- Offer, pricing, and conversion optimization
We test and prioritize the channels that fit the creator’s brand, audience, privacy requirements, content, and growth stage.
Do you provide advertising or promotional support?
Yes. We invest in promotion when the account and opportunity justify it.
Promotion can include agency-covered support as well as additional advertising or promotional opportunities the creator chooses to fund.
- New and low-level creators earning under $10,000 per month gross often receive a $1,000 monthly promotional credit for their first three months.
- Mid-level creators earning $10,000–$20,000 per month gross often receive matching approved promotional spend up to $1,000 per month until they become established.
- Promotion for established creators, stars, and superstars is handled more flexibly according to the account and opportunity.
Any creator may also choose additional advertising or promotional support beyond what the agency covers. New and unestablished creators are often required to cover those additional expenses upfront; established creators are often allowed to reimburse the agency when their next invoice is issued.
Will you tell me what content to create?
Yes—and this is one of the biggest advantages of having a team.
Depending on the service and management plan, we provide content targets, examples, shot lists, creative direction, hooks, recurring formats, and feedback on what is performing.
We may challenge you to test stronger concepts, different personas, better production, or a wider range of content when we believe it can materially improve growth.
DM Sales & Fan Engagement
Managed messaging, weekly coverage, voice matching, and sales structure.
Does DM Sales & Fan Engagement include chatting services?
Yes. Managed chatting is the core of DM Sales & Fan Engagement.
Support starts at 30 hours per week and can include fan messaging, follow-ups, custom requests, tip offers, engagement support, public replies on supported paid platforms, and sales-focused conversation management.
Which platforms are covered by DM Sales & Fan Engagement?
OnlyFans and Fansly are our primary focus because they normally provide the strongest traffic and monetization opportunities.
We are also open to supporting similar paid creator platforms, especially when a creator is already thriving there.
The service can cover private messages, follow-ups, fan engagement, comments, public posts, and public replies within the supported paid creator platforms.
Off-platform social media posting, public engagement, and audience growth are handled separately through Social Media Growth.
What coverage levels are available?
The minimum package is 30 hours per week. Coverage can scale in 10-hour increments:
- 30 hours per week
- 40 hours per week
- 50 hours per week
- 60 hours per week
- 70 hours per week
- 80 hours per week
- Full-time 24/7 coverage
We do not recommend selecting 24/7 coverage unless the account has enough fan volume and revenue opportunity to justify it.
Will the messages sound like me?
Yes—that is the goal.
Before support begins, we review your approved voice, tone, personality, comfort level, boundaries, offers, and sales approach.
Within that approved voice, the team may adapt the conversational style to the individual fan. Different fans respond to different pacing, levels of attention, humor, warmth, directness, and sales approaches.
How do tips and custom-request splits work?
You can choose among different pricing structures:
- A lower package fee with a 50% tips/customs split
- A balanced package fee with a 25% tips/customs split
- A higher flat package fee with no tips/customs split
The split applies to qualifying tips and custom-request revenue generated through managed messaging.
You select the pricing structure and weekly coverage before checkout.
What happens after I purchase a DM Sales package?
We schedule onboarding and map the account before anyone starts messaging.
Make sure your phone number and email address are entered correctly at checkout, and keep an eye on your inbox after purchase.
We review fit, scope, message volume, approved voice, boundaries, sales approach, platform access, offers, and launch details before support begins.
If the selected package is not the right fit for your current stage, message volume, goals, or setup, we recommend a better path or issue a refund.
Contracts, Security & Leaving
Terms, account protection, responsibilities, and the transition process.
How long are full-service management contracts?
Contract length reflects your current revenue and how much agency time, promotion, and resources we expect to commit upfront.
- Under $10,000/month: typically a 1-year Standard Plan or 2-year Ramp Plus Plan
- $10,000–$20,000/month: typically a 6-month Standard Plan or 1-year Ramp Plus Plan, then rolling terms
- $20,000–$40,000/month: typically a 3-month initial term, then monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice
- $40,000–$80,000/month: typically a 2-month initial term, then monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice
- Over $80,000/month: typically monthly rolling with 15 days’ notice after the first month
Exceptions may be made based on the creator, the agency investment required, account history, and growth plan. Exact terms are reviewed before signing.
What is the Ramp Plus Plan?
Ramp Plus is a full-service management option designed for creators who want a more aggressive early growth plan.
Under Ramp Plus, Illuminaughty commits additional advertising and promotional resources beyond what is normally included under the Standard Plan.
Because the agency is committing more resources upfront, Ramp Plus normally comes with a longer initial term.
The exact promotional investment, expectations, revenue split, and contract terms are discussed before signing.
What if I want to end a management agreement early?
Early termination depends on the signed agreement, the reason for ending the relationship, any notice requirement, and any outstanding obligations.
Contact us as early as possible so we can review the agreement and discuss the available transition options.
Outstanding invoices and approved expenses remain due.
What happens if I fall behind on content or other obligations?
We understand that illness, emergencies, work, school, family, and unexpected problems happen. Communicate early so the team can adjust the plan where possible.
Occasional setbacks are different from repeatedly disappearing, ignoring agreed responsibilities, or refusing to correct avoidable problems.
Ongoing issues are handled case by case and may lead to a corrective plan, changes in support, or termination under the agreement.
What security measures do you use?
Staff are screened and vetted, sensitive access is limited, and account activity is managed through monitored workflows.
Junior personnel may work through controlled remote-access systems rather than receiving direct credentials. Senior access is reviewed, and the broader security function includes experience spanning defense intelligence, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, robotics engineering, investigations, and technical risk.
No company can promise perfect security, but we deliberately limit exposure and maintain accountability around sensitive access.
What happens when my contract or prepaid service ends?
After all outstanding invoices and approved expenses are paid, creator-owned accounts, assets, and access are returned or transferred.
Prepaid-service handoffs are generally completed within one business day. Full-service transitions sometimes take 2 or 3 business days.
Referrals
How eligible creator referrals can generate ongoing rewards.
Do you offer referral rewards?
Yes. A strong referral can become meaningful recurring income.
Eligible referrals can earn up to 10% of the agency profit generated from the referred creator during the creator’s first year.
Referral compensation comes from Illuminaughty’s share and does not reduce the referred creator’s earnings.
Eligibility, attribution, payment timing, and final terms are confirmed through the referral program.

You Have the Answers. Choose Your Next Step.
Apply for full-service management when you want the broader growth operation handled—or start with a Premium Creator Service when you want one specific bottleneck solved first.
Do I need social media to succeed?
Yes. For nearly every creator, social media is the engine that feeds the paid accounts.
You do not need a large following before joining, but you do need to build and consistently use the major social platforms that fit your brand and growth plan.
Established creators may not need an active presence on every single platform, but they still need reliable traffic sources and consistent activity on the platforms that already work for them.
We help determine which platforms deserve the most attention, what content belongs on each one, and how to move qualified attention toward the paid ecosystem.
