Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and recruit adult content creators at various experience levels.

• Build and maintain a database of potential recruits.

• Conduct outreach, effectively communicating the benefits and opportunities of joining our platform.

• Negotiate terms to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative recruitment campaigns.

• Guide creators through a smooth onboarding process.

• Strategize to attract individuals new to content creation, emphasizing opportunities for financial and personal growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong sense of humor and understanding of nuanced expressions.

• Social Media Expertise: Skilled in using social media to source and engage potential candidates.

• Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Proactive in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with recruitment tools, communication software, and virtual platforms.

• Creative Problem Solver: Able to innovate and strategize in recruiting top talent.

• Values Alignment: Embody adaptability, creativity, integrity, initiative, and attention to detail.

• Relevant Experience: Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or marketing preferred. Experience with adult content recruitment is a plus.

Compensation and Perks

• Profit Sharing and Commissions: Receive 5-10% of the profits generated by each creator you successfully recruit.

• Performance-Based Bonuses: Exceptional performance is rewarded with additional bonuses and profit-sharing.

• Flexible Schedule: Standard work expectation is 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional extended hours (50-60) based on recruitment needs.

Working Hours:
While day-to-day attire is casual, we expect a professional appearance for candidate video calls. This role is remote, with rare on-site requirements, providing a flexible work environment.
