Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities encompass a dynamic range of tasks focused on engaging and interacting with creators' fans/subscribers to enhance their experience. The chatter will be responsible for:

• Rapport Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong rapport with creators' fans/subscribers.

  • Adopt the persona of the creator, adapting communication styles to align with individual preferences.

• Engagement Strategies:

  • Drive conversations to encourage fans/subscribers to make tips and purchase additional content.

  • Work with social media teams to consistently persuade social media followers to subscribe to creators' OnlyFans profiles.

  • Monitor audience responses and feedback to tailor interactions effectively.

• Reports and Insights:

  • Provide regular performance reports to account managers.

  • Share insights, coordinate strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications and Skills:
We're seeking an adaptable and dynamic candidate with a unique skill set tailored for the role of Chatter. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: A mastery of both written and verbal communication in English, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

• Interpersonal Aptitude: Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining robust rapport with creators' fans/subscribers, coupled with empathetic understanding and the ability to adopt and convey the personas of various creators.

• Engagement Strategies: Proven experience in driving conversations to encourage tips, purchases, and subscriptions, with a knack for persuasive engagement across various platforms.

• Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in understanding social media dynamics, actively collaborating with social media teams to strategically increase subscribership to creators' OnlyFans profiles.

• Insightful Analysis: Proficiency in assessing audience responses and feedback to strategically tailor interactions, enhancing the overall user experience.

• Collaborative Spirit: A team player mindset, capable of working closely with account managers and contributing valuable insights and strategies to the overall success of the company.

Expectations and Work Schedule:
This role offers flexibility, allowing chatters to work remotely with rare on-site presence requirements. Anticipate dedicating at least 40 hours per week, with some weeks requiring 50-60 hours. While there's no specific dress code for day-to-day activities, we expect a professional appearance during video calls with clients.

Salary and Benefits:
Our first-year base salary ranges from $30,000 to $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer commissions and merit-based profit-sharing opportunities.
